Q: My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: We will gladly replace damaged/incorrect products that are our error. A photo of the damaged or incorrect product should be sent to us in a message. If it is found that this was an error on our part, a new product will be sent. Claims for damaged/incorrect items need to be placed within 3 days of receipt.
Q: Do you cleanse your crystals before you ship them?
A: Yes, I sage each order prior to packing the order. I also sage and palo santo periodically around the house and crystal inventory.
Q: Can I get a discount or additional discount?
A: I feel that Amethyst Aura Moon is fairly priced for me and for our supportive customers. From time to time, I will offer coupons and discount sales to customers. I appreciate your support! Without you, Amethyst Aura Moon would not be possible.
Q: How do I use the crystals?
A:There are so many ways one can gain from and enrich their lives with crystals and many ways in which people tell us how to use them. Crystals have been utilized during meditation and during crystal healing sessions where crystals and stones are layed on and around the body. You can carry them in your purse or pockets, place them around your home or create an alter or sacred tranquil space. Crystals can be used to balance chakras and crystal jewelry is a fun and fashionable way to incorporate crystals into your healing regimen. There is no one way to use crystals and there is a lot of information out there so use that information as a guide and follow your intuition, relax and connect with the crystal energies.
Q: How do I cleanse my crystals?
A: There are a number of suggestions out there for cleansing crystals, Among them you will find include holding your crystal under running water (Note: Some crystals cannot be submerged in water so please research before cleansing them with water), submerging them in salt or earth, cleansing with smoke from herb bundles, palo-santo or sage, and leaving them out in the sunlight or full moon's light. Personal preference is a big one here and there are a lot of resources out there for you to gather more information.
Q: How can I charge my crystals?
A: You can charge your crystals and stones under the light of the New and Full moons, in the sunlight, burying them in the earthen ground, salt or salt water. Crystals don't always need charging. So no need to run out every full moon. Imagine them as a reusable battery. Batteries last quite a while but do need a recharge every so often. They are a little like batteries as crystals too can actually receive, store and transmit energy.
Q: Can I have too many crystals in one room?
A: Again, I will have to defer to personal preference. I have crystals all over and have no issues with feeling overwhelmed by the energy. On the other hand, I have heard from others they are sensitive and have to be careful what crystals are in their space. Start out small if you have concerns. Do what feels right and go from there.
Q: How do I know what crystal or stone it is that I need?
A: There is a wealth of information out there for you to pinpoint what crystal it is that will support whatever need it is you have. Once you pinpoint the type pf crystals and stones that you need, it can be fun looking for that crystal to add to your collection. If you are feeling drawn to a certain crystal or stone, that can be a sign you are in need of that stone's healing properties. Just think of it as the crystal is "choosing" you.
Q: Does size matter for crystal pieces and healing properties?
A: No. If you are on a budget or simply are partial to small pieces, don't worry. Finding affordable, smaller pieces will provide the same energetic remedies for you.
Q: Do you have any pointers for me?
A: Yes. Be sure to check the size you are ordering is, in deed, what you have envisioned in your mind. Also, please check measurements for apparel before ordering.
